Registration Fee Includes:
April 24: admission to NextGen Session for TRAINEES ONLY.
Will be held from 12:00pm - 5:00pm in the Medical Education and Telemedicine Building (MET), Learning Center room 145, on the UC San Diego School of Medicine campus.
April 25: admission to scientific sessions, poster session, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Will be held from 7:30am - 7:00pm at The Alexandria Torrey Pines. ALL ATTENDEES.
Trainee presentations are selected from a pool of submitted abstracts. Selected abstracts will be chosen to present at either the main SDGS meeting on Friday, April 25 or chosen to present during the NextGen Session on Thursday, April 24. Additionally, one trainee may be named as the Rising Star and will be asked to give a talk at the closing of the SDGS meeting. To be considered to present during NextGen or SDGS, indicate your intention on the registration form and submit your abstract by March 13.
The NextGen committee comprised of young investigators, with the support of the SDGS Chair, will select abstracts for 15-minute oral presentations + 5 min Q&A. Committee decisions will be emailed March 2025. There will be a Trainee Speaker Award for best oral presentation. Presentation slots are limited. If your abstract is not selected, you also have an opportunity to present a poster during the Poster Session. Abstract is not required to do a poster talk.

Written notification is required for all cancellations and changes. Cancellation notifications must be received by April 11, 2025 to receive a refund. Any cancellations received after this date will forfeit the registration fee in its entirety.
Please note that your registration is complete only once we've received your completed registration form and full payment. Please register and submit payment no later than April 11, 2025.
