To be considered to present during NextGen session or main meeting, indicate your intention on the registration form: 1) to attend NextGen session and 2) to submit an abstract for consideration by March 5, 2025 to sdgs@ucsd.edu.
The NextGen Committee, with the support of the SDGS Co-Chairs, will select abstracts for 10-minute oral presentations + 5 min Q&A. Committee decisions will be emailed no later than March 11, 2025. There will be a NextGen Speaker Award for best oral presentation. Presentation slots are limited. If your abstract is not selected, you also have an opportunity to present a poster at the Thursday evening, Poster Session & Reception.
Students and Fellows are encouraged to present a poster at SDGS during the Poster session and reception on Thursday evening, following the main meeting. Please indicate your intention to present a poster on the registration form. You must send the title of your poster to sdgs@ucsd.edu by March 5, 2024 at 5pm to be listed in the Program. Posters must not exceed 48" x 48". Bring your poster to the registration table on Thursday morning during check in. No abstract is required to do a poster talk.
