About the Core
The GlycoAnalytics Core is the service division of the Glycobiology Research and Training Center, providing analytical services to the research community for more than 23 years.
Advanced Glycan Analysis
Leveraging the strength of academic and pharmaceutical research and development, the UC San Diego GlycoAnalytics Core offers advanced glycan analysis services worldwide.
Our Specialties Include
- Glycosaminoglycans
- Sialic acids
- N- and O-glycans
- Structural analysis of microbial polysaccharides (lipopolysaccharide, capsular polysaccharide, extracellular polysaccharide, biofilms, etc.)
- Structural analysis of various glycolipids
- Analysis of nucleotides, nucleosides, sugar nucleotides, and sugar phosphates

The GlycoAnalytics Core welcomes the opportunity to collaborate on a wide range of cross-displinary and translational projects. Please contact the GlycoAnalytics Core Director to discuss your project needs. Once an overview of the research is given, project parameters can be defined and a timeline developed.
